Beco Lichtman (he/him) is a sought-after diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) consultant, facilitator, and speaker, who works with organizations across various sectors to build more inclusive cultures, where all stakeholders feel respected and valued. Beco travels the country raising awareness about antisemitism, racism, and other forms of bigotry. Beco believes we must embrace all identities as vital resources within the workplace and within our communities. He identifies as Black, gay and Jewish, and brings all of these identities into his work. He holds a BA in English Literature, with emphasis in Exile Studies, and an MBA from Florida International University. Today, he resides in Paris, France with his husband and works with clients internationally.
