Tired of all the headspace that gets used when you're feeling hurt or harmed by someone?  It's exhausting, disempowering and mostly, a big waste of time.

What does the Torah say about how we should respond to others?  Do we have to give people the benefit of the doubt?  What if you don't feel like it?  What if you have a valid reason to be upset?

Join Amy Lefcoe for practical Jewish wisdom on how to navigate those frustrating relationship issues AND move on! Kosher lunch included with RSVP.

ELEVATING YOUR RELATIONSHIPS

Join us to Learn@Lunch with Rabbi Baruch Danziger of the Norfolk Kollel and Barb Gelb of the UJFT/Simon Family JCC as we explore ancient and contemporary wisdom on elevating relationships. We will examine the beautiful ways in which mikvah adds holiness to marriage, and discover additional rituals and practices that can make our relationships more sacred. A complimentary kosher, dairy lunch will be served. RSVP is required.

Who says there are no free lunches? Chabad, partnering with the Simon Family JCC, is pleased to announce the launch of Torah Studies, a weekly lunch and learn series at the JCC. The lunch and learn will consist of stimulating text and discussion-based classes that will challenge you intellectually, spiritually and emotionally. They will also explore contemporary issues through a Torah perspective as well as tackling timeless questions in the Jewish tradition.
