The 2024 course includes: rowing, tire flips, spartan pull, ground to overhead lift, sandbag carry with army crawl, tire pull, yoke carry, balance beam with uneven carry, overhead lunges with straight leg sit ups, medicine ball toss and a sprint to the finish. 

We will also have a Junior Sampson that designed for young athletes ages 5-12.

Children ages 5-12 with a parent registered are free!

In the registration portal:

STEP 1

• Click Enroll and log in (or create a new account.)
• If you are redirected to a main screen, click “Sports & Rec” in the left hand menu.
• Select the member you would like to add or create a new one. If you are adding a child, you can add them under the next step as an “add on”. 

STEP 2

• Go to your cart to check out. Prices vary depending on how many adults you are adding. 
• For members, one adult ticket is $30 and two adult tickets is $50.
• For non-members, one adult ticket is $40 and two adult tickets is $75.
• You save money by bringing a friend!

STEP 3

• Submit your payment and you are ready to go!  We’ll see you on the course.
